New H.O.P.E Housing has helped me a lot. The staff here has helped me feel better about myself. They are sweet. Also, the other residents are nice. This is a really good program, Really supportive and caring to the residents. I have never been this happy before. I appreciate being with New H.O.P.E Housing and hope to see myself be successful throughout my stay here. I heard about New H.O.P.E Housing from one of our patients who was admitted. He spoke highly of the housing and how he loved his living conditions compared to other group homes he has been in. When I called Francesca about needing a placement for a client she arranged to come meet me and the client. Her professionalism and the way she accessed our patient and listened to him, we immediately could tell she cared about the interest in others. I am a resident of New H.O.P.E Housing under the director of Francesca and staff. I am pleased and honored to be a part of this program. Truly grateful for the chance to be living in a nice home while getting treatment. I appreciate the staff with the utmost respect. I honestly have been placed with the most respectful roommates. I get along with each and every one of the residents. I am proud to be in a beautiful home where i can rest my mind and I am planning to stay until the first part of 2020!
